ANDY DER KOCH PT III
Back in Mannheim, and ready for another cooking lesson with Andy. Tonight: Beef Loin with Sugar Snaps, Leek, Garlic Mushrooms and Potatoes Gratin. I can't remember what the sauce was, but it was seriously rich and seriously delicious. Good to be back in the Fatherland !
