DAY 15 - MANNHEIM

WIEDER ZU HAUSE
Thank god I was back in Germany, back to my beloved Joghurt, Brot und Fleish for breakfast every morning. Yoghurt of choice this morning: Mixed berries with sweet crumbs. Tomorrow? Hazelnut and Orange. I LOVE YOGHURT.


ANDY DER KOCH PT IV
It was Andy & Angelika's 25th Wedding Anniversary. So we cracked open a bottle of Bollinger Blanc Vieille Vignes Francasises, and started to prepare the first of our courses. To start, Beef Tartar followed by a rack of Lamb with Ratatouille and Cous Cous. Becoming far too complacent with the constant, amazing food. And fat.
