PERUGIA, ITALIA
Capital of Umbria. A beautiful old town with spectacular views over the surrounding mountains. This is our street, and the apartment where we are staying with Bridgette who is pretty hip 'n' happenin', and an excellent chef, tour guide and host. Wake up every morning to Van Morrison, Cat Stevens, Bob Dylan… everything is perfect.
STARVING
Is something I am definitely not doing. Fresh prosciutto from the markets, cheese, olives, antipasti, home-made olive oil with panne di casa, amazing pasta… so good!!!
