We scored an invite to Andy's architectural firms christmas party. Had decked out an amazing house he had designed with an ice bar, an open-kitchen where a 2 Michelin star Chef prepared all the food, a band room, and traditional German bowling. Gene and I naturally positioned ourselves in front of the Chef, who was directed by Andy to promptly prepare any requests we had. Highlight was by far the desserts... panacotta, chocolate mousse with tamarind, or some sort of creme brulee. I died. A LOT of fine wine, 7 courses and 9 desserts (each) later we walked/waddled home. Very, very happy with ourselves.
